Can you believe we are already looking at the start of June? As we step into a brand-new month, it is the perfect opportunity to hit the reset button and look closely at the foundation of consistency.

We often put a lot of pressure on "motivation" to get things done. But the truth is, motivation is a fair-weather friend. Real growth and steady progress come down to the habits we execute when motivation is nowhere to be found.

What is one non-negotiable routine you do every single morning, regardless of your motivation level?
